The first piece of work for a new client was repurposing a three-generation family dining table into a coffee table. The wood veneer on the table's top and extensions needed to be rejuvenated, as well as extra supports to prevent future drooping.
The legs, cut in two sections and stabilised before being sealed with a protective finish, were the ideal height for this repurposing and looked like they had always been a coffee table.
The finish was designed to ensure a more natural look enhancing the oak grain, overall the refurbishment went well.
